ABOUT THE GROVE STUDIO FOR NATURAL HEALING
Our approach to health and enduring wellness is built on the belief that the body is interconnected, with each part influencing the whole. Just as we are connected to the air we breathe, the food we eat, the environment in which we live, and the community and relationships that we surround ourselves by. While we are dedicated and passionate in the work that we do we are not healers, but merely agents of change – perhaps, at best, helping you to remove obstacles in order to reconnect to the inner wisdom and healing power already within your own body, your own mind, and your own spirit.
For our local clients, we offer unique, integrative manual therapies incorporating the best of ancient, traditional and contemporary healing practices. Our therapies are designed to relieve stress, fatigue, discomfort and chronic pain while promoting flexibility, circulation, body-awareness and a general sense of well-being and vitality.
Our clients, near and far, benefit from our supportive one-on-one coaching sessions in which we, after working collaboratively to identify and prioritize the client's goals, continue to compassionately provide encouragement, inspiration and the health and wellness education that serve to truly empower and confidently achieve, not only those goals - but enduring success. It is incredibly rewarding and gratifying work and some of the greatest satisfaction comes from the measurable success achieved by the clients, and then - the resultant “ripple effect” in their communities.
Welcome to “The Grove” and thank you for the trust, and faith, that you put into our hands.

“As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul.”
- Hermes Trismegistus
