90 Minute Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Service Description

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a specialized manual technique that gently, and slowly, encourages the natural movement of lymphatic fluid. MLD helps to increase circulation, reduce edema and inflammation and is especially helpful for those with chronic conditions or following - or in preparation for - surgical procedures. We are trained and certified (MLD-C and CLT, ACOLS) in the original Vodder method of MLD and may (depending on the clients condition) enhance the session with negative pressure therapy. Please book 60 minutes for head and face OR head and abdomen. 90 minutes for head and full torso (back and abdomen), OR abdomen plus arms. 120 minutes for torso and legs, and 180 minutes for a full body treatment (excluding head). For wellness, we recommend beginning with the 60 minute head and abdomen treatment. Please contact us with any questions on how to best treat your condition.
