With legs elevated on a cushion:
1. Point/Flex from Ankles
2. Alternating Ankle Pumps
3. Ankle Circles
4. Knee-Hip to Chest Flexion (Alternating Legs)
With legs flat on bed (or table):
1. Clamshells (with feet together)
2. Butt Squeezes
3. Mid-Section/Abdominal Lift
4. Trunk Rotations
